Dallas Downs Subdivision

Dallas Downs has 339 homes of varying sizes.  The square footage of homes ranges from 1,600 square feet to more than 3,900 square feet. It is a very kid friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, basketball blacktop, a park with swings, slides and picnic tables where they have community picnics and annual parties.  It also has a large pool that goes up to 5 feet and a kiddie pool.  In Dallas Downs you don't have to pay for the pool if you are not going to use it.  Pool keys are sold each year.  Dallas Downs is a beautiful neighborhood with tons of mature trees.
