Brenthaven Subdivision

Brenthaven is a well known neighborhood that is most sought after because of its location off of I-65 with two entrances, one on Concord and one off of Moores Lane.  If you live near the Concord entrance you can ride your bike or walk to the Brentwood Library or even the YMCA.  If you live on the Moores Lane side, you are close to Cool Springs with all of its restaurants, mall, shops, and entertainment.

Brenthaven has 800 homes.  The construction began back in the 1960’s with ranch style homes and two story homes.  Different builders built houses here but all with the same dream of the beautiful that it is now with at least 1 acre lots and tons of mature trees.  There are homes ranging from 1,750 square feet to 5,400 square feet. These homes are zoned for Williamson County Schools: Lipscomb Elementary, Brentwood Middle School and Brentwood High School.  There isn’t a home owners association but everyone wants to keep it as beautiful as it can be so everyone keeps their house and yard maintained.  Many of the people are adding onto their house because it is such a great place to live.  The saying certainly pertains to this prestigious neighborhood, location, location, location.
