Chenoweth is a prestigious neighborhood in Brentwood Tennessee. It consists of 306 all brick homes on 1 acre lots or larger. Chenoweth is located in East Brentwood. It has two entrances, one of Concord Rd. and another one on Edmondson Pike. These homes were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s. They do have a Home Owners Association which takes care of the two beautiful swimming pools, two tennis courts, playground, clubhouse, bike paths and underground utilities. They have activities to keep the community active such as a book club, tennis camp for kids as well as a kids swim team, a Christmas party and a 4th of July social as well as a “Yard of the Month” program.
These homes range from 3,000 square feet to more than 7,700 square feet. There are varying styles of homes because of the different builders that built here. Chenoweth has a lot of rolling hills allowing several homes to have basements. Because it was built back in the 80’s Chenoweth is also full of mature trees and is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Brentwood. It has been our finding that once you live in Chenoweth and have the opportunity to move back to Brentwood, Chenoweth will most likely be your neighborhood of choice.
